The flower medallions are quick and easy to make and are also great to make together with the kids!

What do you need?

How do you start with this?

  1. Cutt off approx. 1/3 of a block FIMOair basic with a knife. Roll the FIMOair out with an acrylic roller on a piece of baking paper until it is approx. 5mm thick.
  2. Place the flowers on the FIMOair with enough between them and carefully press them into the modelling clay. Use the acrylic roller again to do this and carefully roll over the flowers until they have been firmly pressed into the clay. This DIY works best with dried flowers and leaves.
  3. Take a small round cutter of your choice and cut out the medallions. The flower should always be in the middle.
  4. To finish off, make a hole at the top edge of the medaillion so you can thread the string through later. Use the bead piercing needles for this. Allow the medaillions to air dry for at least one day at room temperature.
