With Neon paint, adorn anything with these brightly colored witch hats!  

What do you need? 

How do you start with this? 

  1. Trim the cone so that it fits the size of the ring. 
  2. Using hot glue, attach the cone to the ring. 
  3. Using a flat brush, basecoat the entire hat shape with Wicker White. Let dry. 
  4. Using a sponge, basecoat the hate shapes with Neon paint. Add as many coats as needed. Let dry. 
  5. Using a small flat brush, paint a black band on the base of the witch hats. 
  6. Cut a buckle out of paper and adhere to the hat with hot glue.
