How do you start with this? 

  1. Drill small holes in the wooden hearts. 
  2. Paint the wood hearts and let dry. 
  3. Thread embroidery thread through the hearts and wrap extra floss around the hoop as shown to create desired look. Tie at the end to secure onto hoop. 
  4. Cut yarn and tie to bottom of the hoop. Trim to desired length. 
  5. Lay yarn on wax paper and saturate the yarn with paint as shown. Let dry. 
  6. Add yarn to the top of hoop to hang.
